New Jersey Begins To Recover, Vegas High Roller Earns ‘Mr_McSpewins” Massive Score

The last two weekends have seen a slight hangover from the partypoker NJCOP series, as many of the bigger Sunday Majors have failed to hit their guarantees. While the last few weekends have been filled with massive overlays in New Jersey, that trend seemed to subside slightly this weekend, as the biggest partypoker/BorgataPoker.com $50,000 Guaranteed field came together since the start of the World Series of Poker.

Those numbers should likely continue to climb until the end of the summer series, but the regulars that have stayed in New Jersey are certainly enjoying the smaller fields, including multiple first time Sunday Major winners taking home the biggest paydays of their online careers.

But, if you really want to talk about big paydays, look no further than the top of the WSOP.com Online Championships High Roller, where “Mr_McSpewins” took home a massive six figure payout.

The trend of the majority of the players at Nevada final tables earning their biggest career online results, which is most likely attributable to so many out-of-state and out-of-country players joining the Nevada regulars during WSOP season, continued for a third straight weekend.

Helping the guarantees in Nevada continue to crush on a weekly basis, with the original $50,000 guarantee on this event being crushed. In the end, “Mr_McSpewins″ was the biggest beneficiary of that bigger prize pool, outlasting just over 140 players to take home close to $22,000.
