partypoker’s NJCOP Creates Historical Sunday Major Schedule

partypoker/BorgataPoker.com’s NJCOP was a big reason that this weekend boasted the biggest prize pools in the history of New Jersey online poker.

This past weekend may have felt like a flashback, as the Sunday Major schedules put out by partypoke and WSOP.com created the biggest single day of events in New Jersey online poker history, offering over $350,000 in guaranteed prizepools over ten major tournaments.

The timing of this historical day was interesting as it was nearly five years to the day of ‘Black Friday‘ with prizepools reaching their highest levels due to both partypoker’s New Jersey Championship of Online Poker and WSOP.com’s Spring Poker Series with the former just setting the stage for an even bigger schedule next weekend.

But, even though there were more options and titles up for grabs, the same names that have been dominating the scene over the last few weeks continued to do so, including Steven Madara who notched three final table appearances and another Sunday Major victory.
