The Field Reacts as the WPT Borgata Winter Open Bubble Bursts

Day 3 of the 2015 WPT Borgata Winter Poker Open was set up to be moving day from the get-go, and after three hours of play Wednesday afternoon the final 90 players celebrated being in the money – with a chance at making an even deeper run as Day 3 rolled on.

Here are just a few of the players who managed to lock up an in-the-money finish.

One of the first players to fall after locking up an ITM finish was Shaun Deeb.

But for all of the celebratory Tweeting, there was also some bubble misery for a number of big pros. Season XI WPT Borgata WPO champion and Day 1 chipleader Andy Hwang busted two off the money, and others – like Season XII Player of the Year Mukul Pahuja and a host of other pros – suffered a similar fate after more than two full days of poker.
